Services:
Community Meals, Personal Grocery Shopping, Emergency Food Pantry, Advocacy, Referral and Information services, Health and Wellness programs, Services Activities, Gift Shop, Video and Audio Lending Library, Special Community Events. The Richwood Community Apartments is an independent living facility for adults age 55 and over.
Eligibility:
Membership is the Civic Center is open to anyone over 18 years of age. Most senior services are available free of charge and others based on the ability to pay. Community program and events are by donation. Housing is Section 8.
