Eligibility:
Individuals may need to be pre-screened to meet the LTC placement requirements.
Services:
Milcrest is a Medicare/Medicaid licensed facility.  We provide 24 hour care for individuals that may need assistance with medications, therapy, daily care needs, special diets, skilled nursing intervention such as wound care, IVs or medication management.
Milcrest has availability for short-term respite stays.
