Behavioral Health Hotline: A 24-hour per day, seven day a week service to respond to telephone calls for crisis assistance.Cal the hotline number at 800-731-5577
Mental Health Services:
Mental Health Assessment (non-physician) and Psychiatric Diagnostic Assessment: A comprehensive clinical evaluation to formulate a diagnostic impression, assessment of need for behavioral health services and / or evaluation of mental / physical health status.
Mental Health Crisis Intervention: A service provided in response to an emergency situation to assist the consumer in coping with stressors or to assess the need for psychiatric hospitalization.
BH Counseling / Therapy (Individual): Services provided to the consumer to address issues identified in the Diagnostic Assessment.
BH Counseling / Therapy (Group): A service provided to groups of consumers dealing with related issues identified in the Diagnostic Assessment.
Pharmacological Management: A service intervention provided by a medical doctor (or nurse as appropriate) which may include prescription medication, administration and / or monitoring of a physical /medical condition.
Community & Home-Based Services: CCI provides family therapy, individual counseling and case management within the context of the family system.
Alcohol or Other Drug Services:
Alcohol or other drug services (AOD) Assessment: A clinical evaluation to determine the extent of an individual’s use, misuse and / or addiction to alcohol or other drugs.
AOD Counseling & Therapy (Individual): An individual counseling service provided to a consumer dealing with issues related to substance abuse.
AOD Adolescent Services: CCI provides assessment, individual and group counseling services for adolescents using alcohol or other drugs.
AOD Counseling & Therapy (Group): A service provided to a group of consumers who have mutual issues related to substance misuse / abuse. CCI offers a women’s AOD therapy group.
AOD Case Management: A service that is provided to assist a consumer in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other community and social services.
AOD Crisis Intervention: A service provided in response to an emergency to prevent further progression of the condition and to return the consumer to stability and a safe functional level.
AOD MED / SOM: An intervention provided by a medical doctor (or nurse as appropriate) which may include medication prescription administration and / or monitoring of physical or mental condition while the person is involved in AOD therapy.
Drug Screening Analysis: The laboratory testing of urine specimens to detect the presence of alcohol or other drugs.
Outreach & Prevention: Services provided in schools, churches, jails and other community settings to assist with prevention and early intervention services to persons related to the use / abuse of alcohol / drugs. Drug-Free Workplace presentations are also offered to area businesses.
Driver Intervention Program (72 HOURS): CCI provides a 72-hour program of education and referral for persons who are arrested and / or convicted of operation of a vehicle or watercraft while under the influence of alcohol and/ or other drug of abuse.
