All homes must be located within the City Limits of Marysville and be owner occupied. Applicants must be below 80% of the Area Median Income at the time of application. Additionally, down payment assistance is only available for eligible clients seeking to purchase a home within the City Limits of Marysville. Services:
The City of Marysville Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) offers minor home repair assistance and housing rehabilitation assistance to help eligible homeowners in the City of Marysville make needed repairs to their homes. Down Payment assistance is also available to assist eligible first time buyers who are seeking to purchase a home in the City of Marysville.
